Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actor who has been recognized for her talents. Sagittarius Born in North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's the third oldest siblings born in the home of Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper, and Anne psychologist. She's English as well as Scottish. Moore's father moved around a lot because of his job. It was it difficult for her to meet or maintain friendships. Moore was a stage actor during her time at Frankfurt American High School when the family moved to Germany.
