The actress starred with Sandra Bullock as a co-star on Murder by Numbers. Agnes Bruckner (born August 16 1985 is an American model and actress. Since the late 90s she's been in numerous films like The Woods and Blue Car Murder by Numbers Blood and Chocolate. Bruckner started her acting career when she was 11 years old. The actress appeared in commercials on a few television pilots and in the soap opera daytime The Bold and the Beautiful in 1999. Her first lead role as a performer was in Blue Car (2002), an independent movie in which she played a girl who had an affair with David Strathairn as her high school teacher. Roger Ebert noted that Bruckner was able to tackle the complex story with confidence. Bruckner has received an Independent Spirit Award nomination for "Best Female Lead for the character. She was brought up with two brothers and one sister. Hungarian was her first language and she rehearsed it often to keep her proficiency. Bruckner is a Californian from Hollywood born daughter of an Hungarian father and a Russian mother. Her paternal grandparents are German. Her parents were married in Hungary and immigrated into the U.S. in 1984 through an asylum camp in Italy. She has a sister and brother.
